Description for the model

Switches on the VNC console of a virtual server (vServer), by its vserver_id from manitu_vserver_list - remote access to its screen, e.g. when SSH no longer answers. It takes a few minutes; once vnc_enabled is true in manitu_vserver_get, manitu_vserver_vnc_get gives host and port. The password is new every time VNC is switched on and is shown in the customer panel only - never ask for it in the chat. Refused with a conflict (vnc_already_enabled) when it is on already. Ask the customer for an explicit yes first: it opens access to the server. Runs in the background: the answer is the workflow started (see pending_workflow_list of manitu_vserver_get for its progress). Refused with a conflict while another workflow runs on the vServer (blocked_by names it - wait for it, do not retry at once) or while it cannot be changed.
