Description for the model

Deletes a website (vHost) of a web hosting package of the manitu customer account this connection works in, by site_id and fqdn from manitu_webhosting_web_vhost_list. The name then shows nothing; the files in its folder stay. A websitebuilder is deleted with its editor, its folder is moved into the package's tmp folder. A website with aliases needs aliases: delete (they go with it) or convert (each becomes a website of its own and keeps showing what it showed); without it the answer is a conflict (has_aliases) naming them: ask the customer which. Refused with a conflict when the package cannot be changed now (not_configurable). Ask the customer for an explicit yes first.
